Screencasts

These videos should rock your list-keeping life. If they don’t, check out the feature list and the screenshots.

And if you’re just too impatient to sit through a few short videos…

Choose your flavour…

Screencast 1

A first look: how to navigate and how to personalise the spreadsheet so it reflects you uniquely and exactly how you like to read the 1001 Books lists.

Screencast 2

Let the reading begin: how to enter in books as either read, to be read or on a wishlist (great for sharing just before your birthday!). Also, another new feature, the ability to rate books you’ve read. This screencast shows you how the spreadsheet does everything for you. You enter data in one place and it appears everywhere else – simple!

Screencast 3

Importing from v3.3: if you’ve got 100 or so titles already logged in the previous version 3.3 of the spreadsheet, don’t worry. You don’t have to enter that data in all over again. This screencast walks you through how to get data from 3.3 into v4 in a few clicks. Easy as pie! Please note that I’ve since changed the Upgrade button to Import so as to avoid confusion about what the difference between Upgrading and Importing is.

Bonus Screencast

Sorting the All 3 list: sorting is tricky for some. Watch this screencast to see how to do it, how powerful it is and to avoid wrecking your spreadsheet if you like to sort stuff in detail.

Ready now?
